Overview

This USB wall charger consists of a USB Type-C female on one end and a 1-15P plug on the other end. It is used to charge USB Type-C compatible smart phones, notebooks or tablets (such as MacBook, Chromebook, iPhone, iPad, Samsung, LG,HTC and Android devices). The USB-C port supports USB power delivery charging technology which is designed to charge Type-C notebooks and outputs a maximum of 65 watts.

The GaN (gallium nitride) technology offers the benefit being physically smaller and conducts higher voltages than traditional chargers. GaN chargers are more efficient in transferring current and conserving energy. Conserved energy enables a better flow to the charging device, resulting in faster charge times.

This charger is also incorporates PPS (programmable power supply) technology. It is compatible with PD3.0 and is also a significant update as PPS integrates two charging modes of high voltage & low current and low voltage & high current. PPS chargers have better compatibility and can support fast charging based on factors such as Qualcomm QC3.0/4.0 and HUAWEI super charge. PPS also reduces voltage adjustment in steps of 20mV, which is only one-tenth of the QC3.0 protocol, and allows a more precise adjustment of output voltage and current to shorten charging time and improve charging efficiency.
