Returns

We accept returns for defective products or items damaged on arrival at no charge. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@fleetnetwork.ca within 15 days of receiving your item.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on fully sealed, unopened manufacturer packages. If you need a different item, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

For products that arrive defective, contact us within 15 days. After this period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
