Returns
We accept returns for defective products or items damaged on arrival at no charge. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@fleetnetwork.ca within 15 days of receiving your item.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on fully sealed, unopened manufacturer packages. Please note that shipping fees for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, if you return an opened item for exchange, your request will be refused, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product to you.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
For products that arrive defective, contact us within 15 days. After this period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
