Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@fleetnetwork.ca within 15 days of receiving your item.
- Products that are unopened in original packaging and have never been used.
- The cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility, except for products confirmed as defective or damaged upon arrival.
- A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returned items unless they are confirmed defective or damaged.
- We also accept returns for defective products or items damaged on arrival at no charge.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 2 business days of confirming that the merchandise is received in good condition.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for fully sealed, unopened manufacturer packages.
- Shipping fees for exchanges, including the return shipping label, are the responsibility of the customer.
- For products confirmed as defective, we will provide a return label free of charge for the exchange.
- If merchandise is opened, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Please note: Opened items returned for exchange will not be accepted unless accompanied by the 10% fee. If rejected, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the product returned to them.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products
For products that arrive defective (DOA), please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item.
- We will cover 100% of all shipping charges for the return and replacement of DOA products.
- After the 15-day period, all warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
