Returns & Exchanges Policy
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Below you will find our complete return, exchange, and DOA policy. Please review carefully before initiating a request.
Returns
To initiate a return, contact us within 15 days of receiving your item.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is confirmed defective or damaged on arrival.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns unless confirmed defective or damaged.
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days after inspection and approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for fully sealed, unopened manufacturer packages.
- All shipping fees related to exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
- If the product is confirmed defective, we will provide a return label at no charge.
- Merchandise may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your product arrives defective, notify us within 15 days of delivery.
- We cover 100% of return and replacement shipping costs.
- After 15 days, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Manufacturer Warranty
After the initial 15-day return window, all product support and warranty services must be processed directly through the manufacturer according to their warranty policy.
- Warranty terms vary by brand and product category.
- FleetNetwork does not extend manufacturer warranties beyond their stated terms.
