Overview
This Cat6a UTP outdoor UV direct burial Ethernet cable consists of RJ45 male with IP68 rated shroud on one end and and has no termination on the other. The un-terminated end is typically used for punching down onto a jack or panel and the IP68 shroud is intended to mate with our IP68 rated couplers for a weather tight seal. It is typically used outdoors either above or below ground as premise wiring to connect network devices.
This cables is manufactured using high quality pure bare copper to ensure optimal performance and longest lifetime.
50 Micron Gold Plated Connectors
This non-corrosive, thickest available gold plating delivers optimum conductivity and maintains a stable signal connection with little risk of getting damaged over time.
Outdoor Cable, IP68 Rated Housing
Ideal for use in cable runs that are located above or below ground as premise wiring to connect network devices. The shrouds are IP68 rated and can be secured to mating IP68 rated RJ45 couplers – not allowing water penetration.
