Overview

The RJ45 molded style boots are designed to fit most Cat6a and Cat7 cables. This style of boot slides over the crimped RJ45 plug. The protective hood prevents the RJ45 release clip from snagging.

Snag Prevention and Durability

The protective hood helps to prevent the connectors tab from getting damaged if snagged.

Adding this boot to the cable allows for better strain relief.
